09*21*2026 ~ Autumn 2026 Trend Report

 Hi Pixie Pals!

It's that time of year again, Pixie Pals; the air is becoming crisp and cool, the leaves are adorning the sidewalk, and specialty pumpkin spice coffees are being churned out by the dozen. Yep, autumn is upon us!

And with all the changes to the weather and season comes changes to our wardrobes. As beach days and theme parks are swapped out for pumpkin patches and hayrides, so are bikinis and shorts swapped out for scarves and fuzzy boots.

And amongst these seasonal styles, there are certain pieces and vibes that rise above the rest and become the defining points of that season. That's right, we're talking fashion trends for Fall 2026!

I always look forward to making these trend reports every season. So let's not dilly-dally!

Down to Earth

Now, I know what you're all thinking; wow, Pixie, earth tones for autumn, revolutionary. And I get it. It kind of goes without saying. But there are ways to style this seasonal classic without looking tired.

For starters, play around with patterns! For instance, this rose-patterned midi-skirt from Dries van Noten. Because who said that florals are just for spring?
Another option is texture; there are all sorts of fun and interesting fabrics that can juj up any old garment, like silk, velvet, and satin!

Animal Style

Much like the last one, I'm sure this needs little explanation. If you're talking fall fashion, you're talking animal print.

One such classic is leopard print. Whether it's a statement accessory or the main event, it's always the perfect combination of luxurious and bold!

Ganni Mini Shopper - Ruffled Top Handle Bag
Norman Kamili - Babydoll Gown

Another trend to keep an eye out for is crocodile leather. This geometric, highly sought-after material adds the perfect touch of toughness to any ensemble!

There are a myriad of different ways you can incorporate this trend into your autumn wardrobe; from jackets to handbags to belts and even shoes, there are plenty of different options to choose from!

I myself have also taken part in this trend! I found this crocodile leather Prada purse at the thrift store and just couldn't pass it up!

Only problem is I'm not sure if its real... LOL

Snazz it Up

Just because earth tones and neutrals are in vogue this time of year doesn't mean you autumn wardrobe has to be boring. As mentioned earlier, there are all sorts of patterns you can utilize to make an otherwise drab ensemble look like you snatched it right off the catwalk!

Jacquard pieces (pieces in which the pattern is woven directly into the fabric rather than embroidered on top) are having a moment right now. These intricately woven fabrics give garments a luxurious feel like nothing else can!

Hyacinth House - Navy & Indigo Jacquard Floral Jacquard Ivy Blouse
Gemma + Jane - Floral Jacquard Sweater

Those not your thing? Well then, why not put on the ritz with some good old-fashioned art deco!

During the 1920's and 30's, designs with bold geometric motifs, strong vertical lines, and luxurious materials were the cat’s pajamas. Now, a whole century later, these patterns are still so iconic as to be an active part of fashion today.

I would recommend The Deco Haus for dresses and gowns that will have you looking straight out of the Jazz Age!

The Deco Haus - The Starlet Gown
The Deco Haus - The Martini Cocktail Dress

And don't forget accessories!
Nina - Women's Quilted Art Deco Frame Bag
AKIRA - Art Deco Necklace

With proper styling, this hot new trend is sure to have you looking and feeling like the star of the show. And how!

Funnel Vision

Everybody knows that when the weather starts to get colder, you've got to get a trusty coat to wear outside to keep the elements at bay. And this time around, the in-outerwear is funnel-neck jackets!

Anthropologie - Moira Funnel Neck Utility Jacket

With a funnel-neck jacket, you get all the weather-appropriate functionality of a standard jacket, but with a little extra fabric at the top to pop up for maximum warmness!

Mango - Women's Funnel Neck Bomer Jacket

And for even MORE warmth, opt for a long funnel-neck overcoat. More coat means more protection from anything the cold autumn weather throws your way.
People often say that fashion requires sacrifice, but with this trend, you don't have to compromise your comfort for couture this fall!

Mules Rule

Mules are shoes without any heel backing, so they can easily slip on and off your foot with out any bothersome buckles or straps, and they're all the rage this season!

For those who prefer something simple yet timelessly elegant, consider a mule heel in a classic shade like black or white.

Steve Madden - Kendrix Black Leather Mule Heel
And if you fancy yourself the unapologetically extra type, opt for a bright, fun number in your color or pattern of choice!

Betsey Johnson - Zanne Embellished Loafer Mule

Candie's - Lorenna Platform Sandal

Mules can be styled in a plethora of fabulous ways, but they often look best paired with a cropped pant that shows off the ankle.

Pair it with a jacket or overcoat, a handbag, and some tasteful sunnies, and presto! You've got an autumnal ensemble that is sure to turn heads from the farmer's market to the pumpkin patch!

Now, let's Runway Recap!

7*6*2026 ~ Day Out Downtown + Life Update

 Hi Pixie Pals!

I hope you all had a happy and safe Independence Day!

While I didn't do much myself on the 4th (I was working and afterwards it was raining for most of the day), I did go downtown with my parents yesterday!

Here's the ensemble I wore:

Ensemble details:

Top - Hot Topic
Bottoms - Old Navy
Shoes - Fila
Bag - Juicy Couture
Hat - Barbie

After getting downtown, the first place we went was the Arts Landing!

It was such a nice day out, and there were so many cool art pieces and other things to see!

It also looked like they were constructing some kind of sports court surrounded by a race track. I couldn't really tell what it was, but I looked it up and apparently it's meant to be a pickleball court.

Also, while we're on the subject, can I just confess something real quick, Pixie Pals? I didn't think pickleball was an actual sport until I was about 15 or 16; I thought they just made it up for elementary school gym class.

Anywho, after we were done at the Arts Landing, we started to walk towards the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, since AnthroCon was in full swing. It was so cool seeing everyone dressed up as their fursonas! It even kinda reminded me of how I've been considering making some :3c We then made our way to La Prima, where we got some refreshing iced coffees!

I got a decaf iced vanilla latte. Yum!!

Once we had finished our coffees, we headed back to the convention center and walked to the Riverfront Plaza. The walkway had these big waterfalls on the walls that collected in pools on either side, and it was super hot outside that day, so being there was SO refreshing.

The scenery was so beautiful along the river, even the little geesies were out and about~

We then walked down to Shore Thing, which is a little area on a barge with a snack bar, as well as a lot of other things like books, board games, and art supplies! They even had these little nets in the floor that you could sit in, which you already know ya girl couldn't resist.

I ended up getting an ice cream sandwich from the snack bar (which was falling apart as I was eating it since it was literally almost 100 degrees outside. LOL

After that, it was around one or two, so we decided to stop by Caliente Pizza & Draft House for lunch before heading home.

Overall, I had a lot of fun going into the city and being immersed in all the hustle and bustle. I can't wait until I have the money to move into the city!

Before I wrap this post up, I wanted to make a few really exciting announcements.

First of all, I'm going on a trip to King of Prussia later this month! I'm super excited, so expect to hear about that in the near future!

Secondly, I've been accepted into college!!

I just got done with my placement tests and now I'm looking into scheduling a meeting with an academic advisor to schedule my classes. I'm so happy to be entering this new chapter of my life, and I'm even happier to be taking you all along with me~!

That's all for today. See you later Pixie Pals~
